Bite Beauty Amuse Bouche Lipsticks Swatches + Reviews
Bite Beauty is launching a new set of lipsticks called the Amuse Bouche Lipstick collection. Bite’s previous line of Luminous Creme lipsticks are now discontinued. I am shocked and appalled by this as ‘Cava’ was one of my favourite lipsticks, but I suppose I can get over it! So let’s get into the new Bite Beauty Amuse Bouche Lipsticks!
These lipsticks launch on the Sephora website on February 23rd, and in store March 4th. Click here to shop! There are 34 shades total and they sell for 26.00$ US. This line will be their new line of lipsticks and is supposed to be a better formula. Bite Beauty describes them as high pigment shades that have been handcrafted to deliver extreme moisture, soft texture, and creamy wear. They are made in small batches which apparently allows for a smoother lipstick. Each lipstick has 12 edible oils in them with citrus flavour made from pressed fruit. They will give you healthy quenched lips.
I have six of the new shades to review and swatch for you! They have such a huge colour range that there is definitely a colour for everyone! The first thing I noticed about these lipsticks was the smell. They smell so good! They smell like citrus like they describe. Its fresh and fruity and I love it. The smell does not last on your lips, which I like, so you don’t smell like that all day. These lipsticks are so highly pigmented and go on intensely with one swipe. These are very very moisturizing. Even if your lips are dry once you put these on it instantly moisturized your lips. They are so creamy and smooth and easy to apply! You do have to be careful with the darker shades as they are so creamy they can get everywhere if you aren’t careful. Just use a lip liner and you will be ok. These have a satin finish with a beautiful sheen. They are pretty long lasting for such a creamy formula. They will transfer but still last quite a long time on the lips. I have nothing bad to say about them actually. I do prefer the formula to the old ones as they old ones tended to dry out my lips. They would go on creamy but then turn dry and cake up a bit on my lips. So I am very happy with this new formula.
So here are the six shades I was able to try out. What a beautiful range!! From Left to Right we have: Beetroot, Black Truffle, Chai, Gazpacho, Honeycomb and Spritzer!
Here they are swatched on my lips! They really ‘wow’ on the lips!
So I definitely recommend these lipsticks! I love all six shades that I have. I am eyeing all the rest. If you want hydrating creamy bold lipsticks this are the ones to go for! Thanks Bite Beauty for making these Amuse Bouche Lipsticks so damn delicious.

Morphe 35O Eyeshadow Palette Review & Swatches!
If there is one company that is getting all the blogger buzz lately it definitely has to be Morphe Brushes. For me this company seemed to come out of nowhere and is now all over my beauty news feed. I first heard about them from watching Jaclyn Hill on Youtube. She created her own palette with them and I had to have it. She created the Jaclyn Hill Favourites Palette and I fell in love with the eyeshadows. Her palette is great but once news of the Morphe 35O Eyeshadow Palette started surfacing I knew it was going to capture my heart! All over instagram I saw pictures of this palette and it had 35 eyeshadows and all of them were warm toned neutrals! There is really nothing I love more than warm toned browns and oranges. This palette looked perfect.
However, I was not the only one who thought so. This palette came on the market and was gone! Sorry bye can’t get your hands on it! So I had to wait. I stalked the Morphe Instagram and waiting until the new release date. And this time I was in luck! It recently re-stocked and I happened to be in Los Angeles where their retail store is! Instead of ordering online the morning it launched I drove to the Valley and bought it!
Morphe 35O Eyeshadow Palette Details
So lets get into the details! The official name is the Morphe 35O Eyeshadow Palette. It has 35 eyeshadows. It has 21 matte shades (which is incredible!) and 14 shimmer/metallic shades. There is a full range from cream, to soft browns to metallic coppers to deep dark chocolate browns. This palette retails for 22.99$ So that means it is less than 50 cents per shadow! I mean HELLO!!!!
Lets talk about the quality and formula. There is that saying in makeup which is “for the price its good” but that doesn’t always mean it actually is good. This palette is amazing. They are not the most perfect formula I have ever experienced with eyeshadows but they are up there as one of the best. The matte shades in this palette are pigmented, creamy and easy to blend. It is hard finding good matte eyeshadows at an affordable price. All of the matte shades work wonderfully in this palette. There is no creasing or fall out. These shadows last all day and do not transfer. In the non-matte shades there is a range from satin to intense metallic. There are two shades that are extremely metallic and almost have a liquid feel. You have to be careful with these shades as they are a bit chunky to swatch and have a bit of fallout but if you go slow they look stunning on the eyes. The less intense shimmer shades are beautiful and very high quality.
Overall this palette has everything for me. I love the emphasis on warm tones however this palette offers a lot of neutral shades as well. Thats what I love most. This palette offers variety. You can use the bold orange and red or stick with the simple browns and champagnes. You can do a smokey look or a daytime natural look. The possibilities are endless. And for 22.99 I am pretty sure you might as well buy all the palettes they own! This palette is perfect for every woman whether its at home or in your professional makeup kit!!
Now all we have to do is wait until the re-stock it! It is currently sold out. But this palette is not limited edition so they will constantly be re-stocking. Just stalk their Instagram to find out when! https://instagram.com/morphebrushes/
